Golden raisin-Baccate
This product is made up of seedless grape of Malekan’s vines which is usually picked up in late September. In this way, picked grapes with its clusters are knotted vertically in pendulum shape with suitable 2 to 3 meters yarns, after that in order to reduce the drying time, it is dipped in a substance called Tizab(is mixed of potassium carbonate, Australian oil and water)and then it is hanging from the roof of hall away from sunlight and in is condition sulfur incense(SO2 ) is given to it for 7 to 8 hours which makes the grape’s shell more delicate and thinner so it gives the color of golden amber and sweet fruit flavor. After drying raisin in farmers’ halls, our purchase unit buys the saved product directly from the farmer and transports to the factory. In the next step raisin enters to the cycle of washing and packaging. This product is produced from the most popular grapes with a special natural property and specific sugar level which is presented only in the grape products of Malekan region and this city is the only producer of the best Iranian raisins.
