Kashmar’s Golden raisin
This raisin goes through the various stages of preparation in the same way as golden raisin (Baccate) of Malekan but the Kashmar’s raisin is longer and is in two types; seedless and grainy. It is produced in the north east of Iran.
It should be noted that Kashmar’s raisin is very durable and although it has a bright color, it contains less sugar and is not as sweet as golden raisin (Baccate) of Malekan.
