Malayer’s Tizabi raisin
This raisin goes through the various stages of preparation in the same way as Malekan’s Tizabi raisin (Soltana) but the only difference between Malayer’s raisin and Malekan’s sultana raisin is the bright color and the less sweetness of Malayer’s one. This raisin called Malayer’s raisin because of the origin of this raisin production which is a city called Malayer in Hamedan province.
It should be noted that although the Malayer’s raisin has a bright color, it contains less sugar and is not as sweet as Malekan’s sultana.
